Even if tears can’t fall anymore?
How much can a heart break,
Before ‘delicate’ is too weak of a word?
Together we created a universe of our own
In the cold empty void we made warmth
Keeping our hearts as close as we could
Holding tight so gravity couldn't force us apart
But you allowed gravitational pull
To be stronger than it could…
You were my shinning star
You gave my heart such warmth
But you fell from grace
Turning our warmth to ice
Now all that remains of your heart
Is a black hole lingering
In our desolate universe
Did I love you enough?
Was my warmth too cold?
Why can’t I hear the beating of your heart?
Or see your beautiful face?
With out you this universe is too cold
With out you its unbearably dark
Too silent with out your voice
In this timeless world
I miss your laugh as it echoed
In to emptiness
I wonder if you can feel my love for you
Understand the void you left in my heart…
